Who Interested and eligible candidates want to apply so candidates applying for the position of ANM (Women health Worker) are required to pay application fee Rs 400/- for general categories candidates and Rs 200/- for Schedule caste categories candidates / Schedule tribe categories candidates and Other backward class categories candidates of Madhya Pradesh and Rs 70/- for Madhya Pradesh online portal fee for all candidates. Fee can be pay through Madhya Pradesh online (Kiosk) / net banking / credit card / debit card.
